These rules define who may access WF interfaces. They do not make an otherwise unlawful activity lawful.

Age and legal capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age required for gaming, wagering, lotteries, or similar activities where you live. If your local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

You must have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements and control the wallet you connect.

Location and local law

You may not use WF from a place where the interface, a game, a prediction market, stablecoin use, or blockchain participation is prohibited or requires a licence that the operator does not hold.

Eligibility is assessed by product. Lottery and prediction participation may have different restricted regions; a restriction on new participation does not remove access to public records or contract-required claims, refunds, and withdrawals.

Using a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, or other method to conceal or misrepresent your location is prohibited.

Sanctions and prohibited persons

You may not use WF if you are subject to applicable trade or economic sanctions, appear on an applicable restricted-party list, are owned or controlled by such a person, or act for one.

  • Do not use the service to evade sanctions, asset freezes, or transaction restrictions.
  • The interface may screen wallet addresses and restrict access where required by law or risk policy.
  • Public smart contracts may remain technically accessible without this interface; that does not grant permission to use them unlawfully.

Prohibited conduct

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, collusion, or use of unlawfully obtained funds.
  • Exploiting interface defects, oracle delays, automation failures, or other errors instead of reporting them.
  • Interfering with the service, bypassing limits, creating coordinated accounts, or abusing promotions.
  • Acting on behalf of another person without lawful authority.

Verification and restrictions

Before any production-money launch, the operator may require age, identity, location, source-of-funds, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering checks. Checks should be requested before participation where the law requires them, not delayed until withdrawal.

Access may be limited, suspended, or refused when eligibility cannot be verified. Contract-enforced withdrawal or refund rights remain governed by the deployed contract code.

Current testnet status

The current testnet deployment is a technical demonstration using test assets. It is not a licensed real-money gaming service and must not be used to represent or transfer real-world value.

Production release gate

This text reflects the current testnet product behavior but is not legal advice. Local counsel must complete the final review after the operator, target jurisdictions, and licensing path are confirmed.
