Agreement and scope
By using the interface, you agree to these Terms, the User Eligibility rules, and the Risk Disclosure, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet or submit a transaction.
These Terms cover the hosted interface, APIs, indexers, and operator-run automation. They do not give the operator unilateral control over an independent blockchain network or third-party wallet.
How WF works
You connect a self-controlled wallet and authorize transactions. Supported tokens may be deposited into deployed contracts and represented as USD internal accounting units. Game contracts debit, settle, refund, and permit withdrawals according to their code and role configuration.
The WF website is a hosted interface operated separately from publicly deployed contracts. Interface availability, product support, and regional access can change without changing the bytecode or prior chain records.
Interface displays are conveniences. The signed transaction, deployed bytecode, contract state, and finalized chain records determine the onchain result.
Your responsibilities
- Meet every eligibility requirement and comply with applicable law.
- Protect private keys, recovery phrases, devices, and wallet permissions; verify the network, contract, amount, and calldata before signing.
- Use only assets you lawfully control and can afford to lose.
- Pay network fees and taxes for which you are responsible.
- Report suspected defects and do not exploit them.
Games, cancellation, and payout
Each game and round has onchain parameters for opening, closing, proof source, settlement, claim, cancellation, and refund. Parameters visible before entry form part of that round's rules.
Oracle or automation failure does not authorize the operator to select a favorable replacement outcome. Cancellation, retry, refund, carryover, and claim behavior follow the deployed contract and published round rules.
Availability and enforcement
The operator may change or discontinue its interface, block abusive traffic, and restrict access to comply with law or protect users. It cannot promise uninterrupted access or reversal of finalized blockchain transactions.
New entries or positions may be disabled for a product or region while public protocol information and existing claims, refunds, and withdrawals remain available. Suspected prohibited conduct may be investigated and reported where legally required.
Interface restrictions do not override mandatory contract rights, and technical contract access does not establish that participation is lawful in a user's location.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. WF does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice and does not guarantee profit, availability, oracle performance, or error-free code.
Any exclusion or limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer law and cannot exclude liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Changes, law, and contact
Material changes receive a new version date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law; renewed express acknowledgement may be required.
The production operator, governing law, dispute forum, service address, and legal contact must appear in the legal status panel before any commercial launch. Until then, this deployment remains a testnet preview and these draft terms are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review.
This text reflects the current testnet product behavior but is not legal advice. Local counsel must complete the final review after the operator, target jurisdictions, and licensing path are confirmed.
