Who is responsible

The data controller is the WF operator identified in the legal status panel. A production launch is blocked until the operator's legal name, jurisdiction, and privacy contact are published.

Data we process

  • Wallet address, chain ID, transaction hashes, signatures, contract events, balances, tickets, claims, and withdrawals.
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, error reports, security signals, and RPC or API activity.
  • Preferences stored in your browser, including language and the current legal-notice acknowledgement.
  • Identity, age, location, sanctions, or source-of-funds information only if required for a future regulated production service.

Why we process it

  • Operate the interface, index onchain activity, display balances and tickets, prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.
  • Process necessary service data to perform requested functions; use legitimate interests for proportionate security and reliability monitoring; use legal obligation where compliance checks are required.
  • Ask for separate, optional consent before non-essential analytics or marketing. This build does not install advertising cookies.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by blockchain networks, wallet providers, RPC providers, indexers, database and hosting providers, security vendors, and professional advisers. Public blockchain data is available globally and is not controlled by WF.

Production vendors and international transfer safeguards must be listed before launch. WF does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Operational logs should be retained only for the documented security, support, and legal period, then deleted or anonymized. Production retention periods must be added to the operator's data inventory before launch.

Blockchain records cannot generally be edited or erased. Offchain systems use access controls, encryption where appropriate, backups, and audit logging, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and may complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights do not permit WF to alter immutable public-chain records.

You can clear local preferences in your browser. Privacy requests must be sent to the contact shown in the legal status panel; the operator may need to verify that you control the relevant wallet.

Children and changes

WF is not directed to children and does not knowingly provide game access to anyone below the applicable legal age. Material policy changes will receive a new version date and renewed acknowledgement.
